Our Team
Trish Cornwell
Proprietor of Maid in Fredericksburg, Trish has cleaned and organized homes for over 20 years. After working as a Housekeeping Manager and Client Liaison for several well-known companies (e.g., Airbnb, Elegant Vacation Rentals, Doe Bay Resort), she started Maid in Fredericksburg in 2021 to own her own company and provide even better services to others.
Trish is extremely hard-working, honest, trustworthy, and reliable. She has superior attention to detail and treats your home and personal items with the care and attention they deserve. She is the type of caring and responsible person you would want cleaning your home—which is what has led to overwhelming customer satisfaction and rave reviews!
For Maid in Fredericksburg employees, Trish uses a certificate training program that embodies policies, procedures and methods of the company and of housekeeping itself, gained from her decades of experience in this field. All employees must take this training before beginning to clean homes and being a representative of her company. Trish also authentically enjoys cleaning and believes she can teach others to clean and maintain a level of excellence that customers love.

Cariess McCullough
Cariess has lived in the Fredericksburg area since early childhood, where her father retired from the Marine Corps. She earned an associates degree in early childhood education and worked in the service industry for 20 years. More recently, she has decided to master the art of cleaning–and she is awesome! In her spare time, Cariess enjoys swimming, hiking, music, and scouting Pokemon cards with her son.

Hello! My name is Elexis. I’m from Bowling Green, VA. I love cleaning and, in my spare time, I love hanging out with my kids and my husband—and also going to the casinos!

Cleaning is one of my favorite things to do! From a young age, I’ve always wanted to clean for other people because my mom cleaned houses for the elderly and I got to tag along sometimes. I realized how much I loved seeing their smiles as I looked at how clean my mother was able to make their home. When I’m not cleaning, I like to hang out with friends, go driving, or play with my cat, Misa!
