Your satisfaction with our products and services is our #1 priority. Simply put, if you aren’t happy, then we aren’t happy.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your coffee, send it back to us and we will refund 100% of your product purchase. (Sorry: we can’t refund shipping.)

Shipping Policy and Terms

Coffee: Please allow up to 48 hours to process your coffee order. We ship via USPS, so most orders will arrive between 3-5 business days.

Merchandise: Some merchandise (e.g., apparel) is produced and stocked by a 3rd-party manufacturer. Depending on the item, some will ship between 5–12 business days. Normally, it takes between 4–7 days.
